I must say this work is very well done. You didn't forget any detail.

About the artwork itself: the first thing I noticed was the water. It's perfectly painted, since I can notice its flow and the difference between the surface and the depth.
The way you painted the surfer is really good, aswell. His skin, his expression, the position of the body are very well represented. There's only one thing I'd paint different: the hair. A darker color would work very well.

About the media you used: regardless of your skills, I think you made a good use of the software you have, it really shows you really work hard to accomplish your goals.

To finish, I'd like to say the elements of this composition are perfectly matched!
